In the event that you receive your item damaged or faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that under no circumstance are we required to provide a refund until we have received the item back and have assessed the fault. If the item is in fact faulty we will provide a full refund or replacement and reimbursement for postage back to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SUCRÉ offers a 7 day return policy**. Simply send us an email at email@example.com quoting your order number and reason for return, then we will get back to you shortly with return instructions.
The item does not have to arrive back with us within 7 days but it does need to be posted with in 7 days to qualify for a refund. Once we receive the item back in it's original condition* we will process your return within 24 hours! Once it has been processed you will receive a refund (minus the shipping cost) within 1-5 days depending on your financial institution.
Unfortunately you will have to cover the return postage costs. We highly recommend you use a trackable service to return the item so you can ensure it reaches us. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.
* Item must be in it's original condition. Packing cannot be damaged, tags must be attached and it must be un-washed and un-worn.We will not accept returns of sale items.
